HOW TO OPEN & BE COMPLIANT

Local rental companies can have you set up in 24 to 48 hours. Having all the products you may need for the next weeks, maybe even months to come. This is not limited to tents and structures. Local rental companies have flooring, sanitizer stations, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, heating and air conditioning and much more. The professional workers in rental business will anchor your tent and make sure your structure is safe with confidence along with other items rented. The safety of your community is their main priority as business start to re-open.

FACE MASKS FOR FIRST RESPONDERS

In addition to producing tents, Anchor is donating masks to health workers, first responders, and other essential workers in the tri-state. We are happy to do our small part in this fight, after all – we are STRONGER TOGETHER.

We’ve had an overwhelming response from volunteers and are currently at capacity for building masks for donation. If you would like to be added to our volunteer list for future opportunities, please call 812-867-2421 after 10:00 am. Anchor is very appreciative of our community wanting to help us build these masks for those that need them!

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CLEANING COVID-19 RELATED TENTS

This pandemic has created concerns about how to successfully disinfect and properly sterilize tent fabric, framework, fittings, webs and ratchets, side and center poles and stakes. Our goal is to provide you with the steps and information needed to assure your tent products have been properly disinfected and are germ free. All tents that are used for medical use during this pandemic should be treated as contaminated and should be disinfected before takedown.

The Industrial Fabrics Association International – Tent Rental Division has recently released their recommendation for cleaning COVID-19 related tents. The article can be found HERE. (April, 23, 2020)

This is an ongoing effort, and we will continue to post updates of best practices for disinfecting your material and equipment as they become available.
